1. Agreement - The person(s) whose signature(s) appear on this contract, known as "Client", agree that Indivisual Photography, known as "Photographer", shall provide services to photograph their wedding to the best of his abilities, in the manner described in this document. This is a binding contract which incorporates the entire understanding of the parties, and any modifications must be in writing, signed by both parties, and attached to the original agreement. The laws of Singapore shall govern this contract, and any resulting arbitration shall take place within Singapore.

2. Coverage - The Photographer will deliver unlimited edited photographs within a timely manner, typically within 7 to 10 days after the shoot date. You will receive the edited photographs in soft copy as high-resolution JPEG files through a downloadable Google Drive link. The Photographer will use his professional judgment and sole discretion to select which photographs to deliver, with a minimum guarantee of 50 edited photographs per hour of coverage. No raw or unedited photographs will be returned to you.

Additional travel or coverage hours may be added by agreement on the actual day and must be paid in full before any photos or products are released to the Client. Every reasonable effort will be made to take requested pictures, but no specific pose or photograph can be promised. Images determined by the photographer to be substandard or duplicated may be edited out.

3. Payment Terms - The Client shall reserve the time and date of services by signing and returning this contract along with a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit equal to 50% of the total photography fee. This payment guarantees the time set aside for the photoshoot and assures you that your session will be the top priority of the Photographer. In the event of your cancellation or date change, every attempt will be made to accommodate the amended date subject to the Photographer's availability. No date is reserved until the contract and deposit are received. The balance due for the photography services must be paid in full no more than 7 days after the photoshoot. Client is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions stipulated herein with the remittance of the payment.

4. Liability - If the Photographer or his agent is unable to perform any or all of the duties herein for any reason, including but not limited to: fire, transportation problems, acts of God, accident, illness, or technical problems, and if he cannot provide another competent professional, all money received by Photographer will be returned to Client, and Photographer shall have no further liability with respect to this agreement.

This limitation of liability also applies to any loss/damage of photographs or failure to deliver photographs for any reason. Liability for a partial loss of photographs shall be pro-rated based on the percentage of total number of photographs captured. The sole remedy for any actions or claims shall be limited to a refund whose total amount cannot exceed the total monies paid by Client under this Agreement during the time preceding the date on which such liability arises. 

5. Copyright - All photographs taken by the Photographer are his property, in perpetuity, and are protected by Singapore Law. The Client also retains a personal usage license to share and print the photographs for private and non-commercial use.

The Photographer reserves the right to use all photographs for marketing purposes as examples of his work, including but not limited to social media, online galleries and portfolios. The Photographer will make every effort to obtain written consent from the Client prior to any use of the photographs produced during the session, and you can withdraw consent at any given time.
